Identify the model, material or construction, finish, destination market and applicable acceptance criteria.
Confirm the incoming component or material checks that apply to the agreed product configuration.
Define dimensional, assembly or visual checkpoints at the stages relevant to the product.
Agree the functional test method and conditions, such as water-flow or pressure checks where applicable.
Review surface consistency, visible defects and the approved finish reference under agreed conditions.
Confirm product identity, included components, packaging direction and the supporting record required for release.

A certificate name alone does not establish applicability. During quotation, identify the exact model, issuing body, scope, destination market and validity requirements before relying on a report or certificate.
